Can you confirm, is it every market or just some?

I have seen it myself affecting some horse races but not all.

We are investigating.

I have fixed the bug. Please re-install from https://www.gruss1-software.co.uk/Betti ... istant.msi

The problem occurs when there is a non runner. Apologies as this should have been discovered sooner.

Just installed, I'm running via a server and have noticed the latency has increased from teens to 20's and 30's. Also when race finishes the last matched price is incorrect. When clicking on horse's name, graph not displaying unless I click on inverse axis.

Installed 1.3.0.1 last night.

Every time I try to increase the stakes on an existing, unmatched bet, I'm getting "Update bet error: INVALID_SIZE" Reducing stakes works but still initially gives an error: "Update bet error: OK".

Funds are sufficient.

Any ideas, please?

API-NG does not directly support increasing stakes so we need to do some additional work for this. I'll look into the error when decreasing.

I'll look into this but the latency is down to the API so is beyond our control. Hopefully this will improve with time when there is only one API.

That is very strange. It was a very definite bug with an easy solution. I'll investigate.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
