Problem trying to watch French Racing on live video

I have no difficulty watching English Horse Racing via gruss on live video but,whwn I try the french racing I get minimum bet requirement not met.
Is it the same £2 minimum bet?

Betfair don't mention what it should be on their help page.

But I would have thought it would be £2 minimum bet or currency equivalent.
It might just be a temporary glitch.

A friend of mine watches the French via Gruss Video with no difficulties.
Why am I unable to do so.

Hi,

I've no idea, if you have met the minimum requirement then it should work.
It's not the software that checks, it's Betfair.
The video link is the same link as if you tried to watch it via the Betfair website.
Can you check if you can watch the video, if you open it from the Betfair website, when you have the problem?
