Trigger Betting Code

When I first started with the Excel trigger betting I found a page or topic which outlined the various trigger codes that could be used but for some strange reason I can't find where they've gone. I now need to create a new trigger worsheet.
Call me stupid but could some kind person point me in the right direction ?
