You should be aware that some customers make use of programs designed to automatically place bets within certain parameters set by them (e.g. to back or lay at a certain price). These "bots" may be active in all markets at any time and you should not assume that you can place bets on quiet markets that will not be automatically matched simply because the market otherwise appears quiet.
Additionally bot users should be aware that bots might be prone to exploitation by other sophisticated users. Betfair reserves the right to restrict you from using bots generally or any specific bot if we believe that you have used a bot (i) to the detriment of our business; or (ii) to place bets on, or manipulate, any Betfair market in bad faith or which has the purpose or effect of adversely affecting the integrity of the Exchange or any Betfair market.
On my mind, no problem, they just cover themselves
