Does the program now equalise profits below 2 GBP?

Postby mtaalamu » Fri Nov 25, 2005 10:26 pm

I read somewhere on this forum that we now have the ability to place bets below the 2 GBP minimum. I wonder if that means the program can now settle (equalise) the smaller profits while in Trading Mode?

Thanks

I think the £2 still applies in trading mode, but will work from an Excel sheet.

After I wrote that, I did place 2 offers on US racing for .01 pence each and it was really quick (compared to manually doing it!).

But since I am Excel illiterate, I would need help to set up the appropriate triggers.

I had been using Bet Angel Basic (freebie) which will settle ("green up") any profit I can manage to create even under 2 GBP.

Nothing else about the program is even close to Gary's Betting Assistant, but in that one area it is good. I was just hoping I wouldn't have to have the extra window open.

Any one else try it for settling under 2 GBP?

Thanks

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
