US Belmont & FingL markets not linking in Excel

Postby Castillo » Thu Jul 09, 2015 4:46 pm

Anyone else having this problem tonight with US Belmont & FingL markets (09/07/2015)
BA should be loading WIN markets only but I'm getting 3 markets for each race at these two meetings (2 Places, 3 Places & WIN)
However the WIN market won't link to Excel?

Cheers

Yes same here. The US Belmont and US Finger Lakes WIN markets won't link to excel. They also have 2 place and 3 place markets.

Also when I try and open up the PLACE markets Belmont and Finger Lakes are missing.

Hi Gary, Mark

ALL 7 US Race Meetings for Fri 16th July are not linking to Excel.

I would be grateful if you could please investigate as this is becoming a frequent occurrence.

Thanks
Castillo

PS Using BA Ver 1.3.0.18

Fri 17th July STILL NOT WORKING only 1 (EvangD) out of 9 US meetings links to Excel.
I'm only getting this problem with US meetings.

Are these forums monitored anymore? As the only reply's to this thread have
been other users experiencing the exact same problem.

Thanks

Gary has now fixed this problem, please see below. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9168

I have installed the new Version and all US meetings now link to Excel.

GaryRussell wrote:I have released version 1.3.0.19 to fix this bug. It should auto update next time you open the application.

If it does not auto update you can install it from https://www.gruss1-software.co.uk/Betti ... istant.msi

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
