Centre All Right-click Shortcut?

Gary / Mark,

When using the Gruss ladders, we can call up a single Betfair graph by left-clicking the graph icon at the foot of a ladder. Great.

There's a very useful shortcut to opening all of the graphs — we simply right-click a single icon, and all of the displayed ladders will open their graphs. Fantastic.

On a single ladder, we can centre a single ladder by left-clicking the price scale that forms the spine of that ladder. Unfortunately, there's no right-click shortcut to centre all displayed ladders.

Okay, I know that we've got the Centre All button, which is fine to an extent. However, in the heat of battle it's a distraction to have to move from trading on a ladder to locate and click the Centre All button, and I've lost count of the number of times that I've mistakenly clicked the Grid Interface button in error, resulting in my bespoke staking buttons being reset when I return to the ladders.

Can you please give consideration to providing a right-click Centre All facility?

Thanks and regards.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
