Update snags on Quickpick

At 2.15 UK time still no Limerick and only giving me the next 2 races in the UK. Limerick running as I write. Can't get on because race was not coming up on Quickpick Would not have had time to jump down below to main menu.

Now 2.49 and

Now 2.49 and Quickpick refuses to update. Have tried a total refresh - nothing happening.

QuickPick just "feeding" me one race or two races at a time. Help !!!!!!!

I noticed we see no sign of Limerick. This often happens that Irish races just don't turn up on quick pick. - which is now working 4.04 pm

There seems to be some improvement in this area over the past few days.

For some reason my Aus markets never loaded when my bot refreshed them at 3 this morning , does happen every so often which is a pain because the reload wipes out the markets already previously loaded for the night Haven't seen any postings or Betfair messages to say they had problems with the Aus API so must be just mine.

HI,

It's a pain because periodically the AUS markets don't get returned by the server when the call to fetch the market data is made.
All you can do is make the call again by clicking on the "Refresh" button above the Market Tree or using the appropriate Excel trigger.
Please note that if you are using Excel triggers to reload markets such as -3 then you have to wait 5 mins between uses of the trigger to get the Market Tree to reload.
