unable to link to excel

I can link the software to a new excel sheet fine BUT when I try to link it to a previous sheet nothing happens e.g. I made a excel sheet up and linked it okay and worked on it during the day, end of the day I saved it and closed down. Next day tried to link it to the same sheet but nothing linked and the sheet still shows the previous race from the race before I closed it down (no matter what race I click on).

Make sure it is not saved on the Cloud (eg. OneDrive). It needs to be saved to your local drive.

Thanks fir the advice, never had it before then after Christmas it started, so don't know how or why it switch to one drive.
