Problem Re-subscribing

Hi,

Is it me or is there a problem re-subscribing?!

I pay by annual subscription and I think it ran out yesterday. I seem to remember that in previous years the BA software would ask you to resubscribe but today it just shuts down and doesn't give you the option to re-subscribe. I just get an error message saying Login unauthorised by Betfair - I click on o.k. and BA shuts down.

I've been onto the website, but don't have my customer ID to hand and I can no longer retrieve it from BA as the website instructs you to do.

I'm therefore stuck in a 'Can't Do' loop !

Can someone help me. please

Sports betting software from Gruss Software
