hi, BA is usually ahead of the game but i think i'm behind it ...
Annoying distraction - i usually bet the main Euro leagues match odds. But to get the actual bet i want added to the quicklist, i first filtered the favourites to Soccer but can't go drill-down any further by marking the leagues i want as favs ... i next go to the search magnifer and enter the team name ... if i remember how betfair spells the team and a third of the time end-up with a (W) or U21 game from the same club. Unlike other search functions i use - clicking it again does not move the search to the next team reference, it just restarts the process and you end up in the same place.
Ticking the 'Match Odds' games in the 'preferences' opens up a Pandora's box for my selective method.
Alternatively, i use the quick list 'search' with 'exclude' function to knockout the unwanted bet types ... all cool except that i keep tabs on 16 or more different leagues, betting a few games in each ... so entering each league one at a time with a time frame etc is horrendous. I have been advancing time frame as far as practicable. While this eliminates played games when the quick list is restored but i'm still dealing with a stack of games.
i figure there has to be a quicker way to do selective searching and then hopefully save the search-list for future use? to continually go through this process is mind-numbing. i've tried 'OR/+' statements but it seems you can only do one painful search at a time?
i only can figure my lack of 'programing' skill counts me out but if there is a quick way ... i would be genuinely appreciative to hear about it.
