Can you send us a diagnostic log generated by the software.
It may possibly show an error.
To find the log, click on Options from the Menu and then select Open Settings Folder.
A File Explorer window will open where you can go into the Diagnostic Logs Folder.
The logs are created for each date that you use the software.
So if you had the problem yesterday then send the log named BA_Diagnostic-2018-08-09.log
It would be useful if you know the approx. time that you saw the problem.
