Working ok here.
Can you send us a diagnostic log generated by the software.
It should show more to that error.
To find the log, click on Options from the Menu and then select Open Settings Folder.
A File Explorer window will open where you can go into the Diagnostic Logs Folder.
Send the log named BA_Diagnostic-2018-08-11.log
