quickpick list download

Hi I am having trouble with the "YourWorkSheet_QuickPickList" download, I select it when logging excel, however it always remains blank. Perhaps this is because I manually choose my quickpick list? Or am I misunderstanding the functionality. I would like to have a sheet in excel that lists the items on my quickpick list.

It should update the quickpick sheet everytime you drag a new market into the quickpick list

Must admit I always found it hit and miss and gave up on it but just tried it and seems to work fine.
