After restarting my pc it's working now.

I think this may have been a sign of what was to come. There was an issue early this morning which lasted hours.

It must be your internet connection.

1) Are you using a VPN? If you are then Betfair may have started blocking that VPN.

2) Try rebooting your router.

I rebooted all and with the same VPN I have no problem on another pc

Is it definitely the exact same issue? Does it display the progress bar saying "Loading markets" or is it just a blank page?

1) Select "Open settings folder" from the options menu
2) Open the "Diagnostic logs" folder.
3) Email the file named BA_Diagnostic-2023-10-19 .log to admin@gruss-software.co.uk
