Betting Assistant and Bet Angel both unable to load markets.

There is a problem. Done all the usual things - rebooted, tried a different computer and Betfair are telling me that neither product is working at the moment. It might be that the listmarketcatalogue call is not working because it wasnt working for me yesterday. Just a thought.

Sorry, it's the API call to retrieve the market tree. I can't do anything unfortunately. Betfair need to fix it.

I have a question. I have noticed this problem before (infrequently) and the only way to get BA back is to close it it and reopen, which is a bit of a nuisance and even then it still cannot load the market tree.

Is there a way to cancel the fetching markets request if it is just hanging? Then BA could just continue as normal with all the markets that are already loaded. This may not be correct - could you confirm this please Gary?

There isn't a way to cancel it. I will add something. I also have another idea I am looking into.
