error in com bets

some times com placed bets fail, error placing bets, cannot accept bet
v 1.3.2.6
how can I find the reason?

There should be detail of why the bet placement failed in the main diagnostic log. It definitely tried to place them or they would not be in the transaction log. Can you send the main diagnostic log to admin@gruss-software.co.uk
