Error loading markets, API error, unknown error?

Hi

Middle of trading session and suddenly getting API errors placing bets, or cancelling them. Sometimes works but slow. Tried to relog back into Gruss but error loading markets.

Logged with other software and worked as normal.

Betfair API status page says everything is fine, so what's going on here?

The issues persisted for an hour and now things are seemingly back to normal, I can log back in.

Sorry, no idea what happened there. If there were API issues it would have affected other software.

Yeah, turns out other software was affected as well for me all when placing bets. And I've seen similar reports of login issues for another software in the past 1-2 days.

During this period the BF website was also unresponsive at times so not sure what that was, but glad it was over quickly.

In the past these issues only occurred during exchange outages or bigger API hiccups that everyone else felt too.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software
