Sort order, Horse Racing?

What are the sort rules for display of Horse racing cards? Sometimes the favourite (=which has lowest odds) is first in the selection list sometimes not. Can I myself define sort rules for selection list so, that eq. the most plaeyd horse is always on the top of list?

Please, where is the "sort order" option box nowadays? What sequence of buttons will get me there? Because there is no Glossary, hard to be sure what name refers to what entity. What is where ? -- well known to the persons who designed it.

Presumably you have hidden the stake buttons section so that the sort order drop down list is not visible.

Right click on the race name in the blue bar and select "Show stake buttons" from the menu.
