Sorry guys , the below links are now from a premium account so they will last longer.
There are some minor problems with the sheets when changing markets but generally they work ok (well I hope .... )

Al hi
hope you are fine.

If it is not much trouble for you and you find some time can you please add a function to move to next market after the race is actual suspended?
(after in play is suspended i mean)

Thanks!!

If I get it right you can do it from BA, using the "load next market .... minutes before the off"
What odds do you want to record?

I am interesting for in play odds (horse markets) where the "load next markets" function haven't got an option

If you chose in BA -> Market -> Auto select markets ->At specific time before the off and set it to lets say 1 minute it will change into the new market 1 minute before the start of the race.
If you have this tab logged into BF1 you can this way record all the races in sheet BF1
Am I missing something?

The problem is that i need to record the odds in running
for example
a race starts usually at -00:01:00 and so the in running recorder starts there

if for example the race actual ends after 3 minutes (and the market suspends) it will be the right time to move to next market)

if i just set 1 minute or even 5 minutes after (-5) if there will be a 5 minutes delay it will jump to the next market before this market even turns in play...

I hope that i am not missing something here.

:)

Create a new profile in BA that will load different venues in separate tabs (in preferences) and log each venue/track into different sheet (BF1,BF2 ..).
Set it so that it will load every market from every tab 1 minute before the off.
This way you will record odds from all races, races from first tab into BF1, races from second tab at BF2 etc

This is an alternative which also records most data on every BA refresh. It shows the principle but is constructed in excel 2007/2010 so columns are wider than the excel 2003 limit

I like it, all data are placed in a single row using formulas and then you just copy/record that row.

Osknows, is it possible to have a look at the Excel 2007 file you posted above? The link in your post doesn't seem to be active anymore.[/quote]

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
