Any solution to get info if ive already made bet for market

First of all. Hi people.

Im new with API solutions and also with VB.

Ive used excel a bit but still unfamiliar with VLOOKUP for example

Lets say i have a list of todays soccer u/o 2.5 markets open in sheet1 and MyBets for made bets. Now if i have to close excel before im ready with all my bets i cant see made bets in sheet1 anymore when i open it again. Could i get cell saying "1" in Y columns next to every market if theres already bet made. Or Maybe all MyBets info there is for the market?
