Logging Prices based on timer

Hi Guys,

Playing with the system trying to get it setup to my needs.

I want to in excel log prices from the 10 minute mark in, so when the timer = 0:10:00 I would like to copy the back price from D2 to E4.

If someone could help me with the code it would be greatly appreciated.
