Auto shutdown

Hello all,

Is there an easy way to automatically shut down BA and excel once the days betting target, or end of days racing is reached?

Actually, its a bit more complex than that. I have BA Betfair and BA Betdaq running with there own excel spread sheets.

What I want to do is have the pc shut down when both have reached their targets, so if one finishes first, the pc wont shut down until the other has reached its target also, or the end of days racing is reached.

Any help on this problem would be very much appreciated
