I use the same version at home & office currently.63s
at home I can Charts and Saddle cloth working properly but not at the office.
What could possibly be wrong? |

In what way is it not working?
When you click on the selection to view the chart what happens?
Is it possible to provide screenshots demonstrating the problems? |

when I click on any selction all Charts remaining just empty no graph's at all,
the same for Saddle cloth just blank
I will try to sent screenshoots later but there is really anothing to see
in price over time form betfair I can't also see any values traded or not
I suppose that some application "missing" from this pc but I don't know what |

I've got the screenshot, thank you.
The calls that fetch the silks and the Betfair chart access uk.site.sports.betfair.com. I suspect this may be blocked at your office. The rest of the data comes from the api at api.betfair.com.
Are you able to access the Betfair website from the office? In theory it should be blocked. |

Thats right, I can't log in from office at BF directly
Now that I notice also I can't see here at office the extra information (like forecast price or official rating)
Is it for the same reason?
Is there a "cure" doctor?  |

It should be able to display forecast price, official rating etc because that is from the API. It's probably not working because the silks can't be displayed. I'll look into it.
Unfortunately for the data that does not come from the API it's not possible to bypass the block. |
