Developer Required

Postby SWV » Sat Feb 05, 2022 10:00 pm

I would like a sheet for the horse racing markets to meet the following criteria;

1. Count the number of cells in the range AA5:AA10 > 0 and record the result in AA1.
2. If AA1 = 1 then Z5:Z10 is copied and pasted into the next available column.

Every time AA1 = 1 then Z5:Z10 is copied and pasted to the next available column and saved. This is to be continuous.

I hope this makes sense.
Please PM if you are interested in this project.

Thank you.

You could try this - it was provided by ChatGPT

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("aa5:aa10")) Is Nothing Then
Dim count As Integer
count = 0
For i = 5 To 10
If Range("aa" & i).Value > 0 Then
count = count + 1
End If
Next i
Range("aa1").Value = count
If Range("aa1").Value > 1 Then
Dim lastColumn As Long
lastColumn = Cells(5, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Column + 1
Range("z5:z10").Copy Destination:=Cells(5, lastColumn)
End If
End If
End Sub

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
