Is there any possibility to obtain a database containing the following fields for UK and IRE horse racing:
- the year, month, day, time and place of the race.
- the number of horses and the length of the race.
- the lay prices on the betfair exchange three minutes before the start of the race.
- the lay prices on the betfair exchange one minute before the start of the race.
- the lay prices on the betfair exchange zero minutes before the start of the race.
-BSP price(lay)
- the position of the horses (FAV 1, FAV 2, FAV 3, ETC) in the race at the moment P1.
- who is the winner of the each race.

How much would such a database cost? for one year, for two, etc
