Need Developer for Conditional Betting Excel Sheet

I basically need someone to help me create an excel sheet (I will provide you the original input sheet that i use) and then have it work as a conditional trigger betting as it integrates into the betting assistant.

Example:

I place a bet into the match (typically its unmatched at that time)

once its matched

stage 1:
It either does
A or B, if one is fulfilled, the other is voided and we move to the next stage.

Stage 2:
If A Occurs, then bet complete

If B Occurs, then it fulfills either C or D

Bet complete after C or D

I just need someone to help me create that sheet and let us insert the triggers manually.
