I trade football matches pre match at low odds

I place a lay that's normally below 1.4 then when the money gets matched I instantly back the amount @ 1.41 or one tick above so the money is then queued and hopefully matched. I want a spreadsheet that when some of the lay bet is matched (normally putting in £4000 lays) it will instantly set a back bet for the same amount that has just been matched but one tick above the odds on offer.

I don't know if this is possible but I would also like a tool to find out were my back and lay and back money is in the queue.
