Develop a the gruss example sheets

I am relatively new to creating betting spreadsheets but
looking at the sample sheets available, and trigger modifiers i would like to combine some of the tools.

I am looking for a developer that can create the following.

lay or back a horse with Tick Offset bet with Auto Level Profit, the initial bet and offset bet needs to be put in the front of the queue.

I also need the bets to be updated until they are matched.

Please advise if I this scenario if possible
