You dont need to set the autoselect market, the bot changes market automatically, when the current race ends.

If you have the sheet connected to Tab 2 in gruss, and have a market open in tab 1, the sheet will place bets in tab 1, because it expects to always be connected to tab 1

then on the market tab clear quick pick list then add only the markets you need. Then auto select market at a certain time.
on the excel tab click log current prices, a window will open chose the workbook, then where it says worksheet charge from control to gruss click ok
for the tick offset on the control sheet there is a box for you to put in a value, then there is a check box for green up.

Is there anybody who wants to explain the meaning of this bot?
How to use it?

What sort of problems are you having?

If you want to place a normal bet with no tick offset then leave the relevant box on the control sheet blank.

A word of warning that I should have said earlier, if the start time is close together especially on the place market or there is some delay in the off, and it doesn't yet have the previous results, it will class it as a loser and double stake on the next bet.

It only places bets on horses that are listed on the selections sheet, yes

It places plain bets if the tick offset checkbox is unticked

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
