Select Subscription from the main menu in Betting Assistant. You should see a customer number prefixed with GRUSSBA

We don't currently have an option for PayPal, but if you already have a PayPal subscription and want to continue with PayPal it should be possible for us to amend it manually to £9. You should then receive an email from PayPal asking you to confirm the increase. Email admin@gruss-software.co.uk if you want to do this.

How fast can it run and get accurate prices. I currently run it at x1 speed using triggers in Excel which obviously is time consuming. If I run it higher will it change the result?

Same result, regardless to speed.

You receive one second interval feed of prices regardless of speed.

The greedy Betfair x matching bot has no effect on test bets.
Custom prices far below/above current odds capture way better odds, than if you try the same in the real world.

Hello Garry for some reason I can't access the historical markets, I get a popup asking me to subscribe even though I already do. This has only started today yesterday was fine. Can you please look into this for me?
Thanks Jason

May 2nd 2022 Horse Racing Bath 16:16 is not loading. Think a few races are missing from this day.

There appears to be something wrong with the data from Betfair. I am investigating.

Just the 2nd. What other issues are you having? Everything appears to be in order at my end.

On 2nd May 2022 there was a Betfair site outage before the market went in play and continued until after the race finished. In a future release I will see if I can flag these markets up.

HI Gary,

Is there historical charts available for sports yet? If so, how do I access / create them?

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
