one of my sheets often returns this message and i see exactly why, this is ok however the problem is the matched stake/odds boxes revert to 0
when the message appears, despite there being a matched bet...which causes my formulas to trigger wrong actions...

the number at the start refers to the correct matched bet and if i manually remove the text the correct numbers appear in the odds/stake boxes...

i dont know if this is a bug or not, can anything be done?

It's a response from the API when your trying to cancel or update a bet that has either lapsed cos a markets gone in play/suspended or already been matched so you can't amend/cancel

yes exactly the bet is matched already and cant be amended, so why is the matched data from the odds/stake boxes lost...

The matched odds are updated on each refresh by looking up the bet reference so because the bet reference has an error message appended it cannot be found. If you have VBA code in your spreadsheet then you can code it to remove the error message from reference when it occurs.

i have vba code in the sheet to clear cells when market changes (thanks to whoever posted it) but wouldnt know how to get it to remove the message...

if someone could post the code or point me in the right direction i would be very gratefull

I'm also frequently getting the following error in T5,T6 etc

6084684727_BET_TAKEN_OR_LAPSED

This prevents other bets from being triggered because the matched odds & stake are not shown.

By deleting _BET_TAKEN_OR_LAPSED and leaving the Ref No the matched odds & stake are then shown. At the moment I'm doing it manually when I spot the error, is there a way to automatically clear this info. I would be grateful for any info.
