Tidying up in “paint” is easy given that I know what’s in “betting options”. If you had such einsight from day one, it would never have become untidy in the first place. So the untidy issue has never been a criticism from your long time customers. Just thought I’d point that out.
Anyway it may give you some ideas.

Criticisms of my doodle are, obvious really lol.
Text style
Text size on the left, 10 looked to small, yet 11 looks too big, or to be more accurate, 11 looks good but fills the height space too much and no room for a “spare”
Spacing between box areas looks a little odd
My box outlines give it a “cheap” look.
I think my doodle has emphasised what I tried to explain earlier about “Gruss style”. Your tabs/tab area now has the same quality look about it as your preset stake/buttons/grid, whereas my box areas are not ugly, but they do look cheap next to yours. That is the point I was trying to make about the quick pick. But given the amount of code (I’m guessing) it would take to write your own menu, I just wouldn’t worry about it unless you was really bored.
Just two small points. If you ever go back into the tab area, the left hand side “outline” needs a tweak. And I think the web homepage looks much better, but I never realised the background colour faded from bottom to top, till now
