Price/Volume over time graph

Postby billstickers » Mon Sep 14, 2009 1:47 pm

When I click on a horse's name the Price/volume over time graph which comes up now fills my screen. It didn't used to do that.

How can I stop it doing that?

It remembers the size you last opened it, it sounds like you have maximised it. Try clicking on the square in the top right hand corner of the chart window (next to the close button).

Thanks Gary but I've already tried clicking the restore down button.

Can you get to the bottom right hand corner to drag and resize it? If it's off screen then you can move the window vertically by dragging the title bar, reduce the height by dragging at the top of the title bar and then drag by the title bar again to reveal the bottom of the window. Hope this makes sense.

I think I have solved the problem. It seems to be a problem in the new version of Firefox. I found this solution by Googling "Firefox restore down"

Hit the reduce button, then place your mouse at one corner of the Window to
get the double-headed arrow. Left-click and grab and alter the dimensions to
the one you want. When done, hit file/close. Windows should remember the
last size closed, and reopen at that same size. Repeat for other Windows.

cheers

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
