I am thinking of changing my isp and as i do not know much about this kind of thing i would like to ask, will i be ok with a 10GB monthly usage cap using gruss. i currently have 10 pages of ba linked to excel refreshing every 2 seconds from 12:30 until 21:30 seven days a week. Will this take up all my 10GB ?

Doubt it v much. Why use an ISP which imposes limits ?

Only asking as when i first started using BA i had a few tabs open set at refresh 0.2 and Orange downgraded my internet service as they said i had broken their fair usage policy. Think the given amount was 40GB but i'm not sure

Anyway i have downloaded a little program that record my usage so i can keep an eye on things, should be interesting

If anyone is interested in a nerd fact, i calculate that one tab of BA refreshing the horse racing markets every 2 seconds uses about 2.85MB per hour. :roll:
