my internet connection became rather slow since I started using BA two months ago.. Could it be because of BA, or should I complain to the internet provider.

BA cannot cause you to have poor internet connection. Contact your provider or uninstall BA if you do not trust it.

Thanks.. just wanted to be sure, before contacting the internet provider. Otherwise the program is meeting well my requirments.

sometimes your provider will slow you down if they think you are takeing up too much bandwidth, so complain to them first and if you dont get any joy, find a supplier with no restrictions on bandwidth.
I just changed to bt business for that very reason, and this area goes fibre in march so I am top of the list now for a fast pipe
Check on the net, the compare the market type sites for the best deals...
