Matched bets

Postby scooby13 » Wed Feb 27, 2013 1:27 pm

Hi just a quick question when money disappear on the ladder how do we know it was actually matched and how big the amount was matched… do we have to rely on volume bars alone or is there a way to see the bets with any settings that I am not aware of e.g something like this http://i.imgur.com/TMnF3.png

Cheers

Go to "Options" then to "Preferences".

Click-on "Ladder interface" and then tick "include traded volume".

Hope that helps you.

I thank you sir it is big help however i could not imagine why anyone have that option unticked let's keep searching. Tho i did not think it was possible curtly well i guess gruss software cant do everything perfectly nevertheless it is essential and great piece of kit... I always considered it to be more for swing traders which is fine by me although i wish it was all rounder, which is coming bit by bit.

Another small question when the grid is open and within it we can observe the price history graph the small windows after each horses name... is there way to adjust these like time frame or other thinks make them more volatile because as of right now it is hard to make out what it's telling me?

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
