ba_pricesUpdated() Event

Postby kiint » Thu Apr 18, 2013 8:06 pm

Hi,

I've been getting to grips with creating a BA app using VB Express. A bit of a learning curve for an old Cobol developer but I think I'm getting the heng of this new fangled OOP stuff. :D
Anyway, I have a question about the ba_pricesUpdated() event.
If there are multiple tabs open, does this:
Fire for each tab
Only fire for prices updated on the first tab
Fire for whichever tab equates to the tabindex setting?
TIA

Oh well, the list thingy didn't work and I don't seem to be able to edit my post. Hopefully the list of options is obvious. :(

One other option I should have added is: Something else?

Cheers,

Just bumping this up as I could really do with knowing the answer.

And I thought I'd tidy up my options list:

If there are multiple tabs open, does the event:

a. Fire for price updates from any tab
b. Only fire for prices updated on the first tab
c. Fire for whichever tab equates to the tabindex setting?
d. Something else?

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
