Conditional triggered bets at BFSP

I am new to Excel triggered bets and I want to try and use a copy of the sample sheet Place_Bets.xls to monitor horseracing back markets, say, 10 secs before the official off and, if the odds on my selection at that time are between, say 12-70, a bet will be triggered at BFSP at the start of the race.
I assume that, on the Market page, I fill in '10' for 10 seconds on column AL and that on the Selections page, I type BACKSP under Bet Type and fill in the Selections, Stake and Min Odds '12' and Max Odds'70'.

I'd appreciate any advice in setting this up
