sound of suspended only rings once?

Hello,

First i want to thank Gary for this great program! This Excel interface was exactly what I was looking for.

I have a question about the Suspended sound.
Is it right that the sound from Suspended rings only once? => when the match starts, or later in a game when I log in during a game?
I would like it to sound any time a game is suspended. Someone knows how to fix this?

Or can anybody say if he or she experience the same?
Otherwise it can be due to my settings or hardware.
