Support for Microsoft Windows 2022

Hello There,
I am currently running my on Windows Server 2012 ans want to move the software to something a bit more modern.
I tried to deploy to a AWS Windows 2022 instance.
When launching the software I got the error in the attachment:

Has the software been tested on Windows 2022 or should I try something a bit more old-school like windows 2019?

The application launches on the second attempt,
Note the same error is observed on Windows 2019.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software
