Hi Tyrobot. I'd like to be high frequency in the sense of rapidly going in and out of the market, but getting the trigger right is the challenge. I think the term actually refers to holding a position for a short amount of time, from the financial world. I've achieved that, though not the profits. Good luck with your automation, getting it to work is a win in itself.

Thanks, yeah tell me about it, I'm currently debugging what I hoped would be a near-finished product but it's like it's never-ending.

Betfair Pro Trader clued me in on the link with financial trading. Worth another mention because there are plenty of good reads in there, and going back a bit I caught the one he wrote about you (nothing wrong with a few P&Ls ).
