My Bets not Showing

Anyone got this issue? It seems I can place bets but they do not show under 'My Bets' nor do they reflect in my profit/loss position on Gruss.
The Betfair site itself says I have matched bets however.

This issue is happening again.

I can place bets using betting assistant, but then they don't appear when I open the market again.

I can see them on betfair when I use the website though, so they are definitely there.

Means I can't use excel VBA to get details of my bets, because it just tells me they do not exist.

Please can someone look into this??

Which market is this happening on?

If you place bets, open another market then immediately go back to the market you placed bets on does it happen every time?

Could it be that they are settled bets on a partially settled market? Betting Assistant does not display these.
