Racing post prices

Ok I seen a sample sheet which say it can download racing post forcast prices cant get this to work is there any way I can get the betting forcast prices for all uk and irish racing for the day into a exel sheet so I can use this data all I want is example Horse name in A and forcast bet odds in B odds need to be in decimal if possible . or is there a developer out there who could do this thanks all

ba->Excel->log current prices-> from additional columns tick forecast price (in column Y if it is the only additional column)
