You can open any market via COM.
Do you mean how to search for U/O market?
Once you have the EventID, you can use openMarket COM function.

Yes, I'm using the Com. I tried to get into Soccer - Fixtures but what is extracted are just
Fixtures 01 December
Fixtures 02 December
But I would like to enter every race and select every type of market within it.

Is it possible to have examples on how to extract in depth the markets of interest?

O / U 1.5 mark
Match Odds
O / U 2.5
etc
