I am gettting a API error on system is betfair down or do I havea different issue?

As a matter of curiosity is there a way to find out if betfair was down say yesterday at about 7am I ask this because my system failed to fire at 7am yesterday which had not happened before.

We have tried pinging Betfair website using our server and the website returned the above results. If betfair.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...
