CLOSE Trigger - Not working

Hi Guys, Im using the above formula for closing the bets in a race. Y36 is the close/Profit Total and works OK. Y1 is the time converted to seconds. So I am looking to CLOSE the selection if either the profit is .25p or there is 20 or less seconds to go before the official start of the race. Does the formula look OK?

Looks ok to me if there's a bet reference in the row this is being executed on.
