Football Scores

Postby eduardoneco » Sat Feb 10, 2024 9:02 pm

Hello.

Is the Gruss software "give" me the actual Football Score in the Excel sheet? Or is there anyway that I can have those actual result in the Excel sheet via an outside source?

Thank you for any help.

Best regards,
Eduardo

Hello again...

Is this feature already on the software (current soccer score)?

I want to move from another software to this one, but I need the current goals of each team to put the strategy working....

How about the current time of the match? How can we see if it's in the 1st half and the 2nd half? Does the software "knows" this automatically?

Thanks

Sorry, we do not have a source for soccer scores so cannot provide them. Also there isn't currently a feature where it is aware of which half of the matched is being played. I will look into this for a future release.

If you can find a reliable source that you want to use then you could use VBA or maybe a Power Query to import the data from the outside source. We don't have the spare capacity to provide this kind of development though.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
