Thanks for that new spreadsheet.
Is it possible for you to create one that pulls bookie realtime prices please?
Either Ladbrokes or Oddschecker with the latest odds in decimal format?
If it's possible, that would be fantastic.

I will be releasing some sample code as soon as I can. Unfortunately I cannot include the functionality directly in Betting Assistant due to copyright issues, but there's no reason why I cannot produce sample code

I had some code knocking around for capturing the live show from sportinglife.com so I have adapted it for use in Excel

You can download the example from http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/Excel/S ... _Shows.xls

It provides a custom function named getLiveShow which you can see used in column Y

I know it's not the bookies live prices as requested, but I had the code already so it wasn't too much effort and i've been meaning to upload this example for a while. I will still provide something for capturing the bookies live prices.

Thanks Gary, it doesn't seem to be grabbing any prices from the site, the SportLife prices are all 0, but the BA prices are working fine.
I have changed my system clock to UK time in case that was it, but it's still not grabbing odds.

Any ideas?

I noticed some of the races today aren't updating on sportinglife so can you confirm if you can see the live shows at http://www.sportinglife.com/racing/liveshows and not in the spreadsheet?

Also if you changed the time to make it work make sure you change the timezone of the system clock to GMT London

O.K. I've realised that I have to set my system clock to UK time and then restart BA so both times are UK timezone.
The prices are working now, do I assume the prices are the tote odds and not the latest bookies odds just beside?

Good work Gary, it's working fine here - amended one of my crude attempts which used SL. Looking forward to when you can give an example from one of the bookie's sites - most firms react quicker than SL.

They are the show from the course not the tote odds, although in practise SL is a bit behind the odds available from Hills, Ladbrokes etc.

The price is empty at the moment, but it is displayed in the Fluc2 Column, to the left of the Super Price column

I believe it's much the same format as Ladbrokes.

I'm only asking the extra favour as it covers Australian Horseracing - where I am.
