Time - spreadshhet d2

Hi,

how can i trigget a bet when is the 60 minute of a soccer match?

I was thinking about the D2 cell in the spreadshhet but i don't know how to write the query :

d < "-01:08:00" ?

i assumed the 60 minute of the match arrives after 1hour and 8 minutes...

can anyone help me?
